X-ray analysis is one of the techniques used to determine health and mortality factors inside leafcutting bee cocoons. These slides represent examples taken from a series of plates that were taken over a period of 20 years and show types of parasites, predators, diseases, and live stages of the Alfalfa Leafcutting Bee.
